What Is MSPControl?

MSPControl is a modular, web-based control panel for service providers. It centralizes administration of hosting environments, Microsoft cloud services, managed Windows infrastructure, user access, and recurring operational tasks.

MSP teams can use one self-hosted platform to coordinate customer administration while retaining control over the Windows and SQL infrastructure that runs MSPControl.

  • Customer and administrator access through web portals.
  • Business logic and configuration stored by the Enterprise Server and SQL Server.
  • Provisioning operations performed by managed Server components.
  • Background automation run by the Scheduler service.
  • Windows endpoint and server operations through the Windows Agent (Autopilot).

The user-facing Portal calls the Enterprise Server through REST services. The Enterprise Server applies business logic and sends infrastructure operations to the appropriate Server component. Scheduled operations run independently through the Scheduler service.

For a component-level view, see Architecture and Components.
