Manage Documentation & Assets
MSPControl combines structured asset records with customer documentation. Configure the asset model and documentation policies at the provider level, then use the customer guides to maintain assets, notes, passwords, certificates, photos, and documents.
Configure the documentation model

Define asset typesCreate the reusable asset types and properties used by customer asset records.
Assets can be organized by sections, categories, types, and custom properties. MSPControl can also associate an asset with customer users and managed devices, retain predecessor information, identify an asset by QR code, and report where configured asset properties are in use.
