Supported Software

MSPControl 3.1 supports the platforms, Microsoft services, native capabilities, hosted-service providers, and integrations below. Select a product to see the exact source-backed operations MSPControl exposes.

The platform prerequisites are the software used to host MSPControl itself. They are not customer services managed by a provider.

  • Windows Server hosts the MSPControl components.
  • IIS hosts the Portal and other web-facing components.
  • SQL Server stores the shared MSPControl database.

See Prerequisites for required IIS role services, runtimes, SQL configuration, and the installation preflight process.

  • Prerequisite — software required to run MSPControl.
  • Native capability — functionality delivered directly by MSPControl or MSPControl Autopilot.
  • Managed service — an external platform MSPControl can provision, configure, monitor, or report on for customers.
  • Integration — an external product connected to MSPControl workflows, automation, or reporting.
