SharePoint Online

SharePoint Online appears once the organization has a configured Microsoft tenant. Three screens: SharePoint Online Sites, SharePoint Online Storage Usage and OneDrive Shortcuts.

Lists the tenant’s site collections with their storage and settings, and lets you open one to edit it.

Because these sites live in the customer’s Microsoft tenant, MSPControl is a management surface over Microsoft’s — anything it changes is changed in the tenant, and anything changed directly in Microsoft 365 shows up here.

A permissions report is available for site collections, listing who has access to what.

Reports what the tenant’s SharePoint sites consume.

Publishes shortcuts to SharePoint locations into users’ OneDrive, so shared libraries appear alongside their own files rather than having to be found in a browser.

This is usually the difference between a document library people actually use and one they forget exists.
