Create and manage users
Create users, review the user list, update account settings, reset passwords, revoke sessions, and maintain Microsoft cloud services assigned to an account.
Use this section to operate the Microsoft cloud services that MSPControl exposes for a customer organization. The available screens depend on the organization’s configured services, Microsoft licensing, and the credentials and provider settings connected to MSPControl.
Create and manage users

Review guest users

Manage organization domains
Add, verify, set, and remove Microsoft 365 domains associated with the customer organization.
Review Microsoft 365 subscriptions
Check subscription state, assigned quantity, available quota, partner-managed capacity, and renewal information.
Check Microsoft service health
Review Microsoft 365 advisories, incidents, affected services, status, and last-update information for the customer.
Review OneDrive storage
Review account-level OneDrive usage, quota, item count, and last content modification data.
Manage Azure subscriptions
Review Azure plan subscriptions, create supported subscription resources, and maintain subscription-specific settings exposed by MSPControl.
The Azure dashboard can scope cost information by month, resource group, and subscription. It exposes cost by resource, burn rate, daily consumption views, report generation, and report download operations.
MSPControl exposes customer security settings for Microsoft 365 and Azure. The current portal includes Microsoft 365 Safe Links, spam filtering, and Standard Protection settings, together with Azure security defaults, preferred MFA policy, diagnostic settings, reporting, and sensitivity-label operations.
