Windows Device RMM: Monitoring & Management
MSPControl Remote Monitoring & Management connects Windows workstations and servers through the Autopilot agent. Use these guides to bring devices into MSPControl, review their operational state, apply reusable settings, run maintenance actions, and investigate individual endpoints.
Agentless devices discovered through Microsoft Intune provide inventory visibility, but they do not expose the same Autopilot management actions as an agent-connected Windows device.
Choose the right inventory
